The Birth Doula Package Includes: 

• Free initial consultation

• 2 Prenatal Visits

• Unlimited support via phone and email throughout your pregnancy 

• Help with creating your personal birth plan

• Nutrition + fitness education throughout prenatal and immediate postpartum

• Your doula is on-call (24/7) beginning at 37 weeks of pregnancy

• Continuous labor support throughout your birth (our doulas will help you labor starting at home if you prefer or will meet you at the hospital/birth center)

• Advocate for you and your family 

• Immediate lactation support after birth

• 1 postpartum visit

• Access to our resources, books, educational tools

• Back-up doula support if the need arises
